Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist in the management of assigned properties, including operation, physical condition, and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements
