Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager responsible for managing properties, relationships with tenants and owners, and administrative tasks. Must have 3+ years of experience in property management, familiarity with real estate software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in property management within the commercial real estate industry
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
