We are seeking a Building Operator to manage and maintain a commercial office portfolio in Toronto, ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible working environment while optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial building operations experience
• Diploma or Certificate in Building Systems, HVAC, Building Environmental Systems (BES I/II), or a related technical field from a recognized Ontario college
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
