Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales or administrative roles within a professional setting
- Commercial real estate experience is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to proofreading and producing polished work
- A proactive, assertive approach — you’re not afraid to ask questions, seek clarity, and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact across teams and with clients
- A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and immerse yourself in the business
