Job Description
We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, and make recommendations to improve the environmental performance of our clients’ assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Facilities or Building Management role in a commercial environment
- Strong client and customer focus, willingness to go above and beyond
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
- Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
