Facilities Manager

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide comprehensive facilities management services for commercial and industrial properties in Parramatta, NSW. The role involves maintaining building presentation standards, ensuring health and safety risks are identified and managed, and working with stakeholders to meet sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of building technical services, especially HVAC, fire protection and electrical services.
• Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines.
• Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft suite of products.
• Be punctual, well presented, helpful and reliable at all times.
