Job Description
JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide comprehensive facilities management services for commercial and industrial properties in Parramatta, NSW. The successful candidate will maintain building presentation standards, ensure health and safety risks are identified and managed, and work towards sustainability objectives. The role involves preparing specifications and preventative maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and responding to ad-hoc requests for repair and maintenance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of building technical services, especially HVAC, fire protection and electrical services
- Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
- Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft suite of products
