The role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders, managing multiple buildings, and ensuring common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities management or building operations
• Trade background or understanding of building construction trades and services
• Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
