Job Description
Join Colliers as a Maintenance Technician and contribute to the company's growth as an industry leader. As a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance, you will complete system and building repairs, provide ongoing assistance to engineers, and respond to work orders and projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in building/property maintenance
- Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems/maintenance, painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- OSHA 10 hour – General Industry Safety Training (preferred)
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- A valid driver's license
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
