Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in building/property maintenance
- Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems/maintenance, painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- OSHA 10 hour – General Industry Safety Training
- Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- A valid driver’s license
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
