Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of a mixed-use property in Montreal. The role is responsible for ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training preferred
• Experience in general building maintenance, basic repairs, and systems operations
• Hands-on experience with residential repair work
• Experience working with or supervising contractors is an asset
• Familiarity with Angus Anywhere or similar Building Management Systems is considered an asset
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures is an advantage
