Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring maintenance repairs are completed on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction and safety is in alignment with procedures and service level agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Skilled in repair and maintenance of building systems
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
• Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests while being culturally aware
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on call
• College diploma or trades certification in relevant field
• Basic knowledge of Yardi
