Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Colliers, you will be responsible for managing a commercial building, developing strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, and overseeing operations and financial activities.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
• Experience with capital improvement projects.
• Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
