Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, developing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, and supporting senior management by preparing regular ownership reports and budgets. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, a valid real estate license, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in commercial real estate
• Must hold a valid real estate license
• 1-3 years of management experience
• Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting)
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
