Property Manager

Colliers is seeking a Property Manager with 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience to manage assigned portfolios, develop strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in commercial real estate
• Must hold a valid real estate license
• 1-3 years of management experience
• Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting)
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
