Job Description
Colliers is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing the assigned portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in commercial real estate
- Must hold a valid real estate license
- 1-3 years of management experience
- Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting)
- Strong understanding of financial reports
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
