Job Description
As a Senior Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing properties on behalf of our client, developing strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff, and providing exceptional customer care. You'll also have opportunities to share your innovative ideas and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate
- Real Estate License Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing staff
- Experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
- Strong understanding of financial reports and basic business fundamentals
