We are looking for a Senior Valuation Expert RT to join our team at Colliers. As a registered valuer, you will perform high-quality real estate valuations and provide strategic advice to a diverse client base. You will be part of a specialized and ambitious team where your expertise makes a difference.
Requirements
- Completed HBO study
- Registered with the NRVT (Chamber of Commercial Real Estate)
- At least 2+ years of relevant work experience in valuing commercial real estate
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Dutch and English
