Colliers is seeking a Team Lead for its National Service Centre in Vancouver, BC. The Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the Service Centre, coordinate with Property Managers, and ensure timely completion of tenant service requests.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years related experience in a customer service or call centre role, including 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to supervise others and delegate job tasks as required
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Advanced computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office
