Job Description
Colliers seeks a Valuation Services Director to perform top-tier valuation services, manage team members, and promote the company's brand in the local market. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related work experience, MAI Designation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
- Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones
- Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Allocation of appraisal assignments
- Supervision of trainee appraisers
- Execute valuation and appraisal assignments
- Apply expertise in discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use
- Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends
- Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
