Valuation Services Director

Colliers is seeking a Valuation Services Director to perform top-tier valuation services and manage a team to deliver exceptional client service and results. The role involves originating new client relationships, managing team members, and executing valuation and appraisal assignments.

Requirements

• MAI Designation required
• 10+ Years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner
