Catering Director opportunity at a very successful and well-run catering contract based on the South Coast. Responsible for 8 retail catering outlets, 2 street food trucks, conference centre and hospitality. £60,000 - £65,000.

• Leadership and motivation of onsite managers
• Liaising and working with chef team on contemporary and changing events menu
• Delivery of 5* service across the board
• Logistical planning support for managers
• Strong financial understanding
• Flexibility and attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel
