Head Chef – Dinner Only Members Club

We are looking for a hands on and enthusiastic head chef to lead our small team of 6 kitchen staff catering for a member’s only club with modern Mediterranean restaurant. The head chef will have almost full freedom into menu development and will be responsible for achieving labour and food costing targets.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Menu development skills
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
• International cuisine experience (bonus)
• Ability to meet labour and food costing targets
