Head Chef - All Day Dining

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead a high volume, all day dining kitchen in our central London 5 Star Hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high quality, high volume brasserie-like kitchen and be able to manage a team of 40 chefs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high quality, high volume brasserie-like kitchen
• Ability to lead a team of 40 chefs
• Experience with seasonal produce and menu planning
