Sous Chef – Nose to tail dining

We are looking for a sous chef to join our fun and friendly team cooking modern British nose to tail menus from a brand new open kitchen. We produce everything fresh on site with our own butchery and hanging rooms. Great chance to join a small and friendly company with huge potential to grow and develop.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running service
• Experience with ordering, stock control, and kitchen due diligence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
