Change Lead (12 month FTC)

Collinson is a global company that helps people travel with ease and confidence. They are looking for a Change Lead to support the delivery of key initiatives and drive change management strategies across the organization.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development roles
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent)
• Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives across multiple business units or functions
