Job Description
Howden is seeking a Change Manager to drive business change activities across the programme. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong change management skills, and excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar change management role
- Strong change management skills
- Experience working with teams and individuals impacted by organisational changes
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in Reinsurance and / or Insurance
- Experience with broking platforms (e.g. OpenTWINS)
- Certification in change management
