Job Description
Howden is seeking a proactive individual to provide Change and Training Support across the programme, working closely with Change Managers and the wider Programme team. This role will help support change and adoption activities, coordinate and lead training activity, and support colleagues transitioning as they move onto the new Howden Client platform.
Requirements
- Experience supporting change management, training, or programme delivery.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Organised and detailāoriented with strong planning skills.
- Familiarity with CRM environments, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience working in a global and diverse organisation.
- Ability to work in a matrix and fast paced environment
