Solutions Manager (12 month FTC)

Collinson is a global company dedicated to helping the world travel with ease and confidence. We are looking for a Transformation Solutions Manager to support the alignment of transformation projects to strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in transformation delivery, solution design, business analysis, programme/project management
• Systems thinker with an ability to identify interdependencies and downstream impacts for a process and value chain re-design
• Experience in cross-functional project environments, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into delivery pathways
• Exposure to operating model design, business process mapping, and capability planning
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across technical and business teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritizing across multiple concurrent initiatives
