Tax Director - Americas

Collinson Group is a global leader in driving loyalty and engagement for many of the world’s largest companies. We are seeking a dynamics Tax Director, America to lead tax strategy and operations across all Group Operating Companies in the Americas region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including US federal, state, and local taxation, with experience of Latin American taxation a strong plus.
• Proven leadership in a multinational corporate environment; Direct experience of commerce & industry a strong plus, or Big 4 or other large public accounting background.
• Experience in income tax provision and sales/use tax compliance.
• Track record of driving transformation, bringing processes in-house, implementation of technology
• Strong business acumen, able to influence decisions and communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders.
• Experience of managing and development of team members.
• CPA or JD/LLM in Taxation preferred.
