Manager, Sales Operations

ColourPop is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to support the organization in delivering on sales revenue and EBITDA targets by managing internal sales processes and timelines. The individual will be responsible for delivering best-in-class strategies and marketplace approaches to help maximize business results while increasing market share and growth within the category.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management in consumer package goods sales environment
• Customer marketing and trade marketing experience, and or direct selling experience to a significant national retailer.
• Special skills required: Open, collaborative and accessible working style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and create process, adapt and iterate
