Requirements

• Understand and execute Colt safety policy and Site-Specific Safety Plan
• Assist Site Supervisor with tasks necessary for project completion
• Represent Colt in a professional manner to clients
• Mentor and develop other team members
• Assist in safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Perform job-specific employee orientation and safety training
• Monitor and report work activities to ensure safety
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and review safety issues
