Job Description
Colt Data Centre Services is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support, design, and deployment for business critical applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd line support, technical subject matter expertise, and collaboration with IT teams to deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Business ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations preferable)
- ETL/Data Transformation solutions (e.g. SSIS, Azure Data Factory)
- Scripting and automation (Powershell, vbscript, python, etc...)
- Experience of managing a Microsoft 365 tenant, including Sharepoint Online, Teams, Power Platform (Desirable)
- Experience of managing an Azure or other cloud environment
- Strong awareness of IT security best practices
