HR analyst - German speaking

Colt is seeking an HR analyst with German speaking skills to provide operational support to HR teams and employees across all Colt countries. The role involves owning and delivering HR processes, managing employee lifecycle queries, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience in a global environment, ideally within HR.
• Previous experience in an HR role.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and professional integrity.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse, international stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the broader HR field.
