Junior Commercial Lawyer

Colt has a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to join their high performing Commercial Legal Team based in the UK. The successful candidate will provide high quality legal support on commercial matters arising in Colt’s Northern Region, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent common-law) with 1–2 years’ PQE
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident engaging with non‐legal stakeholders
• Pragmatic, organized, and proactive with attention to detail
• Curiosity and ambition with interest in developing a long‐term in‐house career within the technology/ telecommunications sector
