Legal Counsel

Colt Data Centre Services is looking for a German qualified candidate to provide legal support to their business focusing on data centre projects in Germany, with a good understanding of commercial real estate and related commercial transactions.

Requirements

• Holds a relevant professional legal qualification or law degree in Germany.
• Previous relevant experience of 2 years minimum.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong academic background, legal knowledge and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and varied workload.
• Experience in the property development sector desirable.
• A team player, diligent and high attention to detail with ambition and drive to assume pivotal role with significant responsibility.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work with both local and international team members.
• Ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable way to stakeholders at all levels.
