Job Description
The Legal Counsel provides full-service commercial legal support for Dun & Bradstreet's business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They will partner with Sales to structure, negotiate, and draft commercial customer agreements and support business initiatives affecting contract management and compliance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law from a German or Swiss university (First German State Examination)
- Strong academic background, including proven legal drafting and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German; fluent or advanced English required
- 3+ years of commercial legal experience (financial services, in-house counsel, or law firm)
- Solid knowledge of contract law, IP licensing, commercial contracting, and data/analytics business models
- Familiarity with local data protection and privacy regulations; interest or experience in legal AI is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; high integrity; ability to work independently and in global teams; proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
