Network Operations & Services Specialist

We are looking for a Network Operations & Services Specialist to join our team at Colt. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out 2nd level troubleshooting, developing customer solutions, and providing excellent customer support. The role involves working closely with the wider sub-function team and other GCA teams.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in a relevant domain/team, with experience in global customer-facing/partner relationship environment
• Assurance/Migration/Provisioning/Configuration/Fault Management/2nd level core troubleshooting experience on IP/SDWAN network, equipment & customer circuits/services and management systems
• Advanced knowledge of BGP, ISIS, MPLS (L2, L3 VPN), IPSec, Traffic Engineering, SDWAN, and Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia/ALU vendor equipment
