Job Description
The Outside Guest Service Agent will greet guests, educate them on course conditions, and maintain communications from the first tee. They will also ensure equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- General understanding of pace of play, golf terminology, and rules
