Manager, Software Engineering (Account & Membership and B2B Sales)

The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for building and leading a diverse team of engineers accountable for delivering technology capabilities in partnership with business stakeholders and architecture. The role requires a strong background in software engineering, leadership, and management, with experience in apparel and footwear industry preferred.

Requirements

• 5 years of progressively increasing IS Leadership and Management experience in a complex global environment
• Experience leading engineering teams supporting Marketing Technology platforms
• Strong knowledge of full‐stack development and cloud architectures
• Proven ability to partner with marketing, CRM, digital, and e‐commerce teams
