Manager, Software Engineering (Consumer Service and Emerging Brands)

The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for building and leading a diverse team of engineers, analysts, QA, etc. accountable for delivering technology capabilities in partnership with business stakeholders and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• 5 years of progressively increasing IS Leadership and Management experience in a complex global environment
• Experience working with Salesforce ecosystem components, including Commerce Cloud, PWA Kit, Service Cloud, and Order Management/Servicing
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Proficient in automating build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and implementing Continuous Delivery best practices
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including applying principles to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles
