Maintenance Technician

Columbus School for Girls seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform essential maintenance and operations tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students, faculty, staff, and community members. The successful candidate will have experience in construction, facility maintenance, and landscaping, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior construction or facility maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry) and landscaping experience (weeding, mowing, snow removal, and planting) preferred
• Experience in school maintenance preferred
• Computer skills including familiarity with Google Suite
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
