Maintenance Technician-Full Time

Maintenance Technician position available at First Community Village Senior Living Campus in Columbus, OH. Responsible for general building maintenance, including preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and completion of work orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures
• Good mechanical and problem-solving abilities
• Well-organized and able to work well independently
• Ability to coordinate with others and assist as needed
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of computer or tablet software
• Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
