Job Description
Become part of our team as an Intern in Change Management and gain valuable experience in cross-functional teams. Support the conception, organization, and follow-up of customer workshops, and contribute to internal organizational development through research and development of tools, methods, and formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology (ideally with a focus on Business Psychology), Economics Education, etc.
- First practical experience in Change Management and/or Organizational Development
- Good understanding of organizational development approaches and processes
- Sound MS-Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint
- Affinity for architecture and interior architecture
