Job Description
Join Penning Consulting as a student intern in human resources and change consulting. You will be actively involved in customer projects, accompany workshops and training sessions, and gain insights into project management and change management.
Requirements
- Final phase of studies in economics, psychology, or comparable field
- Interest and experience in change management and/or personnel development
- Above-average communicative and rhetorical skills
- Well-developed sense of responsibility, diligence, reliability, organizational ability, and resilience
- Versatile use of MS Office, good writing skills, and perfect spelling knowledge
