Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will work directly with customers in a retail location, providing outstanding customer service and making recommendations on Comcast/Xfinity products. You will also contribute to a fun and competitive environment, helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements, and making changes to account data. You will have the opportunity to learn new things and work with a culture built on customer support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
• Ability to work a full time, flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s)
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly
