Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Online Customer Support
- Detective mindset with high attention to detail
- Collaborative contributor with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, or Polish is a plus)
- Comfortable working shifts and multitasking
- Interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
