Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent - Night shift

We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Malta. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our players across calls, live chat, and email. You will work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.

Requirements

• Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
• Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus
