We're looking for a friendly and people-focused individual to join our team as a Finnish Speaking Customer Experience Agent. You'll be supporting our customers via calls, live chat, and email, and will have the opportunity to grow your career within the company.

Requirements

• Speak and write fluently in Finnish and English
• Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
• Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
• Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
• Have previous customer service experience
