We're looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at ComeOn. As a bridge between frontline support and technical teams, you'll resolve complex customer issues and deliver top-notch service.
Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in Finnish and English
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in Online Customer Support (iGaming, Fintech etc.)
- Collaborative contributor with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working shifts and night shifts
- Interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
