We are looking for a Fraud Operations Manager to join us at ComeOn! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team.
Requirements
- Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies
- Monitor and analyse fraud trends and patterns
- Conduct regular fraud risk assessments and develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Ensure that fraud detection and prevention systems are in place and effective
- Manage Chargeback processes
- Lead a team of fraud analysts and investigators
- Collaborate with other departments
- Manage relationships with external partners
- Develop and maintain effective fraud reporting and investigation processes
